Settings of varying duration and increasing difficulty challenge the participants. Communication and team skills are experienced and developed. The settings are based on tailor-made goals and are continuously adapted in the training to the level of development of the participants and their abilities and skills. The trainers work according to a recognised safety system and and intervene in various ways. Experiences made in the Great Outdoor are stored positively in the brain. In future, what has been worked out will be available to achieve solutions in everyday work.

Method

The Outdoor method is based on a process-oriented approach. The trainer plans the settings in advance, but continuously adapts them to the participants' level of development and their abilities and skills. The framework is set by the jointly defined goals of the outdoor training.

Setting
